born from homesickness.
We moved to Perth and the first thing we missed wasn't the food, or the weather, or the noise of home. It was the chai. That specific taste — the one from a tiny stall, served in a small glass, scalding hot, made by someone who actually cared.
We couldn't find it here. So we made it ourselves. Our roots run deep — from the lush tea gardens of Assam to the spice-rich chai culture of South India, where every cup tells a story of warmth, ritual, and belonging.
